This approach allows researchers to localize specific regions of interest in cells with fluorescence before capturing high-resolution structural details with cryo-EM.
  • Cryo-EM Tomography: 3D imaging of cells and large molecular complexes for detailed visualization of cellular architecture. Cryo-EM tomography provides nanoscale insights into the arrangement of biomolecules in their native environment, supporting advanced structural studies of cell morphology and function.
